These terms apply when you buy or use a paid Stock Squirrel UK membership. Please read them before subscribing.

Stock Squirrel UK provides stock-monitoring information, Telegram alerts and access to a private Live Radar. We monitor selected public retailer pages for products including NeeDoh and other sensory or fidget toys.
We are an independent information service. We do not sell the monitored products, hold retailer stock, reserve items, place orders for you or control retailer websites.
Stock can change very quickly. Retailer pages can be delayed, inaccurate, unavailable or protected against automated access. An alert, quantity, price or “in stock” indication is therefore informational only and does not guarantee availability, a successful basket, checkout or purchase.
The standard membership price is £5.99 per month, charged by Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. The exact price shown at Stripe Checkout is the price you agree to pay.
Founding 30: where the Founding 30 offer is available, the first 30 completed subscriptions using that offer are charged £2.99 per month. Stripe enforces the limited number of discounted redemptions. The £2.99 rate remains attached to that same subscription for as long as it remains continuously active. Cancelling ends the founding-rate entitlement; a later new subscription is charged at the price then offered. An abandoned or unpaid Checkout does not create an active membership. The exact price shown at Stripe Checkout is the price you agree to pay.
From time to time we may offer other clearly labelled promotional rates. Any special conditions will be stated with the offer.
Paid access is linked to the Telegram account used to subscribe. Membership is for personal use. You must not resell the service, systematically republish alerts, share protected access links for the purpose of bypassing membership, or attempt to interfere with the tracker.
You can cancel through the Stripe customer portal from the Manage membership button inside the Live Radar, where available. You can also contact stocksquirreluk@gmail.com if you need help.
If Stripe confirms cancellation for the end of the current billing period, paid access continues until that period ends. If a subscription is ended immediately, access ends when Stripe confirms the subscription has ended.
Subscription payments are generally not refunded simply because an item was missed, sold out before checkout, or no desired stock appeared during a billing period. This does not limit any refund, cancellation or other rights you have under applicable UK consumer law. If you believe you are legally entitled to a refund, contact us and we will review it.
Retailers may change websites, block automated requests, suffer outages or remove products. We may add, pause or remove monitored retailers and may update the service to improve reliability or comply with legal or technical requirements. We do not promise uninterrupted operation.
Stripe processes payments, Telegram provides the messaging and Mini App platform, Cloudflare hosts parts of the service, and monitored retailers operate independently. Their own terms and privacy practices also apply when you use their services.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, Stock Squirrel UK is not responsible for retailer stock decisions, price changes, website queues, checkout failures, retailer cancellations, delivery issues or purchases made with third parties.
We may update these terms. Material changes affecting an existing paid membership will be communicated where reasonably appropriate. The version date at the top identifies the terms currently in force.
